Season Four - tagaloguesComments Leave a comment - Please list episode name and codename (if you have one) Season One | Season Two | Season Three | Season Four Back to SMK Main FanFic page buffy - Wonderful! Don't cut anything at all! This tag has always seemed a bit abrupty ended. You fix that. Very well done. Thank you! SMK720 - I'd love to have heard Dotty's third degree! Great job! I'm glad you kept so much of the original tag. Always enjoyed this one. NotExactly - I know you said you wanted to cut some of the original tag, but I'm begging you to leave it the way it is. I think it's perfect this way! ElioraJoy - Really sweet. I hope they keep up the romance and clever sparring throughout their marriage. (Hint for reunion movie.) Keep up the good work. MyAmanda - Very sweet, but why couldn't he have gone in for coffee and began his dream of being a family? Maybe Dotty wouldn't have been too inquisitive. (grins) Nightcrawler - I think that made up for the bad episode. I think that there was too much Harry and Dotty action instead of Lee and Amanda action. That definitely made up for it! HeartPendant - Another FABULOUS job! Just like the episodes, no matter how many times I read it, I just love every word! Especially loved that Lee got to walk Amanda to her front door! liz15862004 - Oh, Tiff! It was absolutely wonderful! I look forward to the next one. I can't believe I'm up at 2:30 in the morning reading this stuff, but then again, I can't sleep right now. Oh well. All for the better I say! AmandaLee - Ok, this is my second post but I love these tagalogues! Tiff, do you write romance novels? Because if you don't you should! Of course, being about my favorite romantic pair of all time helps! (grins) Karthy - I'm with CSL. Now that school is out. I have to watch my niece. Even though she watches SMK with me, she wants me to go outside with her so her friends can go in the pool. So thank you Tiff! They are all great! arlington - Tiff, I forget that you can't see me smiling or hear me sighing every time I read these. I guess I feel redundant to write the same thing each time, but I realize the feedback is part of the fun for you. Great job! Thanks! katie - Just very sweet. That's what this one says to me. Another thing I found that I like about your writing is the way you capture their inner thoughts. You must put a lot of time into thinking about how they each tick. Her musings over their relationship at the end is very well written. Thanks as always. AmaLeeLane - I love this episode becuse of the sweet moments and because it signals the beginning of a more visible realtionship between Lee & Amanda. Your tagalogue was the perfect icing on the cake! Lee's smugness is very cute (I know I wouldn't be able to resist!) and, whew! romantic moments certainly heated up a few degrees from what we had in the ep. Great job! cubscoutlady - I tell you every time how much I love your tagalogues, Tiff! I've really looked forward to them lately because I so rarely get to sit down to actually watch the show! I must have a flashing beacon running across my house just as SMK comes on because that's when everybody calls, stops by for a visit etc. I usually just watch the tag now (to see if the show got recorded) and then I wait for you tagalogue so I get the 'rest of the story'. Thanks again for all your hard work and for keeping our imaginations all 'heated' up! LOL! lena_hope - I agree with the others, keep the whole tag! It flows within your tagalogue so nicely. By the way, your tagalogue was another great ending to another good episode. I loved the kiss at the front door, so sweet! And the fact that Lee was a little afraid to face Dotty's third degree! Just like teenagers, LOL! Thanks for another wonderful job, Tiff! I look forward to these every day! First my SMK, then a dose of Tiff's tagalogues! Just what the doctor ordered, and after the day I have had you would understand why. LOL! Thanks again! NotExactly - Wow, Tiff, you've done it again! I always felt the show left out the transition between Lee always sneaking into the back yard, and Lee coming to the front door. I love the way you filled in that blank by having Amanda discuss with Lee how they're gradually getting her family used to the idea. I guess the news that they were engaged would be a real shock, although I bet Dotty knew something was already going on. I think Amanda is thinking more about the boys and their reaction, not to mention trying to get used to the idea of a public relationship herself. She and Lee are so used to sneaking around, that they both need time to adjust to letting other people know. And Lee needs to get used to coming to the front door, instead of coming into the back yard. I wouldn't be surprised if he forgets sometimes! I sure wish he would come tap on my kitchen window. Sigh! Bet my husband wouldn't like that though. MusicBox - Oh! How sweet! (sigh) Well, here I am with my morning Mountain Dew! LOL! To start, that's what I like about the 'Vette, it's so small in there he doesn't have to lean far! I really love the confindence he has in the fact that Amanda is hooked. You know he has always been confident in his abilities to get women but Amanda is so different. It's too cute that he's comfortable enough now to tease her about it. Everyone says *he's hooked.* Well, SHE'S hooked! LOL! There's no denying it! I'm enjoying how you're keeping these ideas all flowing through each tagalogue, too. Helps them just fit right in there even more. Oh, how she loved this man! I STILL love this line! Darn it, it's only 8:25am, too early for the ice cream truck to be going by, that's about the size freezer I'm needing ... good thing we don't have an icemaker in the fridge, it'd be burned out by now! Gotta love the leg squeeze! And I don't think it'll be any problem at all, Amanda! (sigh) Stupid, pointless, no-good, incredibly frustrating, totally ridiculous, bad excuse for a plan, mystery marriage! (Have I said that before?) Great additions, Tiff! This is just what I wanted to see! Love seeing their dates. I'm with you, though on going in for coffee, I think you kept him in perfect character (with Lee is there anything else but perfect?) by having him not be quite comfortable with going in. He's still getting used to the whole *family* thing. Loved it, as usual! smkukfan - The boss is out this morning Tiff so I've managed to read this at work! Another really good one. Thanks, Tiff. Let's see, Dotty already thinks he's an 11! That coupled with the flowers (and the nice silver car parked outside) and it's a done deal. "Mother always has been the romantic." Ya think? She definitely is - must be where Amanda gets it from. Her daughter was much easier!" Cheeky! No, actually I love that he says this. Very Lee - especially cutting her reply off by closing the door. I'd like to see it, but I can in my head so that'll have to do. He is so right about her! "Just drive, Stetson!" ROTFLOL! Now THIS is what I call BANTER. I love it. It is what the world is sadly lacking these days - in the movies anyway. Get some on the better TV shows but no where near enough. Fabulous! Well, ya did it to me again! Impersonating a fountain in the middle of the office. The leg squeeze - she jumped in reaction to his touch? She's not the only one. I could picture this all day, obviously from my head in the freezer position. For some reason, I'm not sure why, the exchange about the back yard and front door really got to me, too. No leg squeezing but .... [almost] speechless! Be careful where you're going with the admittance of their relationship. I might have to redo part of that little story I've been working on (10 pages now!). Think I'll have to make sure I've read all these before I finish it. Seeing as how you're as real as the series, what happens in these tagalogues is important to the continuity of my story, too. I love how you have Lee walking Amanda to her front door. I could get used to it, too! (grins) Is he mixing his fairy tale characters here? Not that I mind, I like the imagery. Really funny too. Very nice lead in to what's to come. Thanks again, Tiff! Go to Any Number Can Play - Tagalogue
Liz - My favorite part was the first kiss. Melt melt melt...thanks, Tiff. liz15862004 - Oh, I definitely needed cold water for that one! Great job, Tiff! randibaby - Great, Tiff! Nice romance and good closure on the Francine (ew!) issue. antivanity - LOL! Great tagalogue! Loved the tickling and loved how true to the characters you are. Just amazing. ForeverSMK - AWESOME! Love the tickling! So sweet! Every relationship needs a good tickle session once in awhile! Dolphinper - As I read these, I can see it happening in my head. Now, I'm back to the freezer. I should probably just move in there. AmaLeeLane - Oh, this one was lots of fun, Tiff! Love how you revisited the tickling scene. You've got the perfect mix of playfulness and passion. Spyz'nTraining - Definitely parts where ice water was needed, however all that was handy while reading the tagalogue was tea! Thank goodness it was "iced" tea. chplady - Just a smidgeon, Tiff? LOL! I think you added to that last paragraph nicely! Gotta love those fortune cookies! Great tagalogue. We needed some more smooching! katie
- Ok, that was fun. I loved all the teasing and tickling. Another
great job in moving from Laura_Holt - Thanks for another on-a-scale-of-1-to-10-it's-an-11 tagalogue, Tiff! You do such an excellent job, and you really complete the episodes. Makes them that much more enjoyable. Keep up the great work! HeartPendant - Oh Tiff! This one was so cute ... I just love their playfulness ... so cute and so in love...sigh! Lee is so uncertain in that one part of the conversation ... just have to love this about him when it comes to Amanda. Thanks! arlington - Great job, thanks!! Honestly, Tiff, this is so good. The dialgoue is excellent and you describe everything so well I can see the entire thing play out in my mind. I'm to the point now where I can't keep the "real" separate from the "Tiff". lena_hope - Well, you've done it again Smooch Writer! I loved every minute of it! The tickles, the suprise attacks, the 'Oh we've got work to do, when I've got you right where I want you ' line (which gets me every time)! I loved it all! Great tagalogue! Another perfect ending to another great day of SMK! Thanks a bunch, Tiff! NotExactly - Tiff, great job again! I love the way you've captured their playfulness! This side of Lee and Amanda shows how truly comfortable they are with each other. Not only are they partners, and not only are they in love, but they are also best friends. Great combo for a lasting relationship, and I know that's what we all picture for Lee and Amanda. Nightcrawler - Whew! I think I need some of that ice water, Tiff! Loved that conversation when Lee repeated T.P.'s words by saying that Amanda was the best thing that's ever happened to him, and Amanda asks if he says that to all the girls and.... oops, sorry. I'm rambling. Well, I'll just have to say that this is my favorite tagalogue. It was the best. That should sum it all up. smkukfan - To start right out, I loved his little poke to her sides. "Just what kind of relationship did you and Francine have anyway?" Do tell. Love how his take is JUST a little different from Francine's! Aww and LOL! Lee is just too cute with his reassurance. I love these little exchanges Tiff, as they play out in my head. Wonderful, fantastic! All through this, I was waiting for the obligatory SMK interruption - and there wasn't one. For this, Tiff, (and all the rest of this and the other tagalogues) I thank you. MusicBox - Loved it! Thanks for continuing the tickling! Ahhh, yes ... the tickling episode! Gotta love it. She's pretty good. It'd be hard to be nonchalant with him in the room! Ok, maybe not *ice* water but WOW! (sigh) I'd shut up too if Lee did that to me! "Uh, we...uh...we had a little fling. That's all. It was nothing." LOL! Yeah, Uh huh! ROFL! Tell that to Fran! "Oh no, you!" she retorted, "stay right where you are!" LOVE this! I can so completely hear them here! I love the playfulness. (sigh) Boy, I'd love to see the look on Fran's face if she overheard Lee in this conversation! LOL! OMGosh! ROFLOL! CUTE! Oh boy! Now I may need that water! LOL! YUP! Be right back! LOL! Another big (sigh) Great, Tiff! Go to Promises to Keep - Tagalogue
ScarecrowsAngel - "He never fed me cake!" ROTFLOL, Tiff! needtoknow
- Wow, Tiff ... um ... that was much better than the original. Thanks. wheels - Absolutely loved the tickling. There was definitely not enough in this episode. ElioraJoy - Ants in the Q-Bureau! Call Lee the exterminator! That was a great tagalogue! daizy680 - I love what you have done with this tagalogue! Francine's reaction is too perfect. microdotty - Ice water is not enough! Excuse me while I step into the freezer for a few minutes. Gail - Great story! This is pretty much what I imagine happened. Very hot. Very tempting! LOL! Good job! antivanity - Very very nice ... yum, yum ... *images of Lee covered in cake flood her mind* ...VERY YUM! Whaki4SMaKi - Wow, Tiff, great job. I don't think I can look at another cake and not think of your tagalogue. Nancy - Great image ... kissing Lee with sugary cake smeared all over his mouth ... YUM! LOL! This is SO Francine! Scarecrow2001 - I love this tagalogue, especially the part where Francine walks in ROTFLOL! I think it's just great! Karthy - Tiff, another great job. I am with 'MyAmanda' about being tongue-tied. I have to go take a dip in the pool. arlington - Smiling and sighing away here, Tiff, not to mention casually fanning myself! Wow, that was great. Thanks! liz15862004
- Tiff! That was wonderful! I can hardly wait for the next one. Is
it only two more episodes before they are married? 'Vette36 - Ooh, I love all this cake smearing in here. I am not really fond of lots of mush, but you put it into such great context I absolutely love it! xraygirl - Great tagalogue, Tiff! I always wondered what would have happened if they had not ended the tag when they did! Now I know! Well done. chplady - Definitely have the ice water ready for this one! Great as usual, Tiff. I loved it a lot, and I haven't even watched the episode yet today! LOL! Liz - What a fun tagalogue, Tiff. Thanks! You *know* Lee would never have "played" like this with Randi-baby, Crystal, Cyndi with an 'i', etc. Just too cool! ele - Very good. I always wondered what happened after she plastered him with that cake. "He never fed me cake!" That's cute. Very Francine. I liked it very much. MyAmanda - I'm too tongue tied to even respond! That was definitely the best so far. Keep them coming, Tiff. I think my pool is calling me now. Need to cool off just a titch. ptamom - Going to a wedding in a week. I think I might have a problem now when I eat the cake. LOL...thanks for another great ending. Tiff, maybe you should go into screen writing! katie - Wow, Tiff! You are doing a really good job with these. You capture the characters perfectly. You've brought my interest in fanfic back with a vengenance. Thanks, please keep writing these! Amy - I loved this. It was absolutely perfect and worked perfectly to fit the ending - I always wondered what might have happened. Having Francine see them like that to, and her commentary was just perfect. Dolphinper - Tiff, you have Amanda and Lee continuing exactly how I imagined it would be. I kept waiting for Francine to interrupt, and she shows up later. I loved how you had them cleaning the icing off each other. Melting into a puddle, here! HeartPendant - Thanks for the warning, Tiff. Oh WOW! That was great! These two are so cute together! AND so ROMANTIC, even with cake all over their faces! Oh yeah...keep it coming...I don't think I have enough cold water here to cool me off...Too many favorite parts to copy and paste...Tiff you are awesome! Thanks! NotExactly - Wow and wow again! I need to jump into the pool! Oh, no, it doesn't open for another 4 1/2 hours! What to do!? Again you have perfectly captured their playfulness and blended it with their deep love. Sigh! Gotta go sit under the fan if I'm going to read this one again (which I will, over and over). Great job again, Tiff! MusicBox - ROTFLMBO! Thanks Tiff! These are really great. I love this one! I like the way you tied in the cut scene with Francine, too. Can't wait for more! LOL! Ok, I *should* be in bed! LOL! But no. I'm here, reading this! LOL! I'm going to comment more a little later, but I wanted you to know how *awesome* this reformatted edition is. "He never fed me cake!" This is still my absolute favorite line from all of your tagalogues! lena_hope - Well done, and I do mean WELL DONE Smooch Writer! You have done it again! I had an ice pop before I read the tagalogue. Now I think I will go have another one. LOL! I particularly liked the smashing of the cake, and the very seductive nature of our two love birds! I also liked Franny catching them at it again, too funny! I am particularly looking forward to tomorrow's episode now, as well as tomorrow's tagalogue! *sings* Here comes the bride! *sings* Going to the chapel! You always take a great episode and make it all that much more great with your tagalogues, Tiff! smkukfan - Can I say WOW! I know that's something of an understatement (and then some) but I don't know how to say how good that was. Anyway, I'll do my best....I'm totally there with her you know, feeling the emotions, watching it play in my head. Tiff this is so awesome! I knew why she apologized after kissing him, but loved his reaction to her comment. She felt the shiver before it actually occurred, and the grin he gave her when he noticed it was enough to make her knees buckle. Mine too! Phew! I just can't believe this... freezer here I come! I was waiting for an SMK interruption and you didn't disappoint Tiff, better timing than their writers though - we get to see the good stuff and THEN interrupt them! Totally loving this. "He never fed me cake!" Can we say jealous, Francine? Not that she wants him, but she certainly doesn't want Amanda to have him, at least she doesn't want him to choose Amanda over her - a suburban housewife? Not great for the ego is it Francine? hehehe! You've excelled yourself again, Tiff! Not sure about it being the best - I'd have to re-read them again before putting them into a league table! Let me just say it's the best one I've read today (with Rumors in the title!) Thanks! Go to Rumors of My Death - Tagalogue
SMK720 - Love it! The fortune cookies had me chuckling! Poor Lee, I don't think he knows what's hit him! ele - Very good. I liked having Lee with the family. And the fortune cookies were an excellent vehicle for the hinting at the future. NotExactly - Great job again, Tiff! Your tagalogue gave me tingles all over. What a satisfying ending to an emotion-laden episode! Big sigh.... Liz - Thanks, Tiff. What a perfect family scene. Exactly where we want to see Lee. I LOVE Dotty. Totally in character. As if we'd expect anything else? cutenose - Haven't been able to keep up with the tagalogues lately but did read this one. Love it. I always appreciate you keeping everything in perfect character! Karthy - Great tagalogue, Tiff! My mother just read it and was wondering if you received any of the fortunes. She said that you made them like you really had them. ForeverSMK - This was great! I loved the fortune cookie thing! Very prophetic! Beautiful! I also love how Lee kind of fell right into the whole family interaction. Thank you! Scarecrow2001 - Great tagalogue. I love the part where they are all eating dinner and reading their fortunes. It's a very cute scene and I can picture them all sitting there. BBisBest - Wonderful writing, Tiff. I have felt that Dotty knew about Lee and his relationship to/with Amanda for a long time. She is not dumb, just respectful. And it would be a new experience for Lee to be part of a "normal" family, and one I suspect he would enjoy getting used to. lena_hope - Wow, great tagalogue! How will I ever get to sleep after that one? I am too excited with anticipation for the 'wedding'! Mr. and Mrs. Lee Stetson! Hmm, nice ring to that one! Thanks, Tiff! The whole dinner scene with the fortunes was a great idea and very cute! Another job well done, Smooch Writer! I think my heart finally slowed its pace down a little, LOL! HeartPendant - A glimpse into what the King-Stetson household will be in the future...Great job! I really loved what the fortune cookies said...so true! Phillip's fortune was sooooo funny and his reaction is priceless! BUT what I loved the most is Lee's fortune. Tiff, I have been getting really generalized fortunes lately....can I get one of your fortune cookies? Thanks again! MusicBox - Aw! That one was so good, Tiff! Loved it! Great fortunes! You're doing SO great with these! I would have loved to see Lee's face when he read his. I absolutely love how comfortable everyone is with him there. I'm really enjoying seeing this side of Lee. The excited, love-sick guy who can't wait to be a husband. (sigh) I wish we could have seen these on film! Thanks, Tiff. Look forward to the next one! ScarecrowsAngel - Great work, as usual! Believe me, I know the feeling of trepidation when it comes to posting a fanfic all too well. I actually had my very first posted story in the works for quite some time. Then I first mailed my fiction to forum members who wanted to read it. Their reactions gave me the courage to post it on fanfiction.net. Don't hesitate to ask for advice from us - You know we're always eager to help! Keep those tagalogues coming. smkukfan
- Good job! Found myself doing a big grin at Lee and Amanda's reaction
to Dotty's acceptance of Lee's presence. "All
right, now where is my 'real' mother?" she said with a laugh.
LOL! I know I've seen Lee's thumbs stroking Amanda's hands before
but I'm already getting warm! Awww, aren't the boys just so sweet,
setting a place beside Amanda for Lee. Must take after their mother.
Love the comfort of Lee with the family. This really is sweet, Tiff.
Oh, oh. Fortune cookies. Should I be getting worried what's coming
next? Knowing you, this should be interesting... Dotty's is good.
I'd just love to see Dotty write an exposé of her daughter's
secret life. Appearing on the talk shows and everything. Obviously,
it would have to be fiction, but... Hmm, Amanda's is interesting.
Hehe - I just love that Amanda's so uncomfortable at Lee's. I do love
these boys. Cool mom answer to the boys' arguments. She handles them
well. Way to go, Dotty! Yes, leave them alone. "You
know, I could really get used to this!" Mmm,
me too, and I'm only watching/reading. Well, not only do I think it
is incredibly sweet, it still generates, for me at least, the need
for a hot tub/ice box warning! Thanks
Tiff, great job as always.
randibaby - "I wasn't about to let a little pain stop me." Yeah! Another good one, Tiff! antivanity - Phew....great one Tiff! I got flushed and teary-eyed in the same tagalogue! squeaky - That one was really good. You helped us get a mental pic to Amanda's "wow" thanks. Whaki4SMaKi - Wow, that was great! I think I need some of Quiltmama's ice! Could you send some out my way, QM? liketoknow - Oh, Wow! That's exactly how I imagined it, and I am glad you don't let it get too far before you cut it off. ScarecrowLover - YAY! Woohoo! There's more to the story! Thanks, Tiff, you've already made this a great day and I just woke up. TAG - Great job, Tiff. I agree you should try your hand at writing a fanfic for fanfiction.net; You have a knack for this. This really was great. lovesmk - Absolutely the best tagalogue or one of the best. I loved it! Tiff, keep up the great work! It was excellent! I read and reread it ... excellent ... oops, I said that. smk_agentaddict - Wow! I loved it! I'm sweating despite the freezing room! I'm in third period at school, and I kept looking around to see if anyone was reading over my shoulder. ele - Another good job. Get someone to beta these for you and post them (all your tagalogues) on fanfiction.net. That was more than a TAG ... that was the next episode. Get the cameras ready boys... Vicky - I thought this story was wonderful. I really did. It really touched my heart. The tenderness they both shared, and how you described there actions between each other really had me going all gaga, well done. Chris - Awww, this was just too cute. So tender and loving. You really have a gift for romantic scenes. This would fit a wedding episode so much better, but it would probably be too much for a family show. (grins) ForeverSMK - Wow! Hot! Personally, I'd skip the champagne and strawberries until later if you know what I mean! First sign of Lee Stetson's handsome rippling abs ... I'm there baby! LOL! Awesome tagalogue! As always. magdap - I'd skip them until later too, but I don't think Tiff can write what we'd be doing instead on this public site! Thanks for the great tagalogue! If we can't have the huge wedding, at least we can have the wedding night! smkgeek - I had to literally cover my mouth to keep from screaming! Thank you for the tagalogue. The "wow" and "Oh" were just what I had imagined. Although in my imagination the passion overtook them and they couldn't wait any longer! GearJamGranny - Anyone know if there is a cooler level to the hot tub? Because I'm feeling pretty warm! Tiff, I really liked it the first time; I love it now! You've got great emotion, some humor, some food, some great leading thoughts. Oy vey! lovelee
- These bonus tagalogues are very good. You seem to have a talent
for writing. You may want to try writing some stories. I'm sure you
would be great at it. You keep these little extras true to character
while bringing out emotion. Nice work. Dolphinper - You captured Amanda completely. She is always worried about other people first (especially Lee). I love how you continued with the romance. As I was reading this, I imagined myself in Amanda's place and I know I wouldn't have had as much restraint. Again, thank you for a great continuation. SMK720 - Okay, the a/c is on full blast. The ice has melted in the glass, and I'm sitting here with a big, wide, silly grin on my face! Anyone else feel like a peeping Tomasina? (or Tom?) Wonderful tagalogue to an episode that we all couldn't wait to happen. Done with true class! I love it! Great job. as usual! Fabulous! needtoknow - I thought the "original" was good, but this was so much better. Wow! You are good. Thanks. I confess I was afraid to read this for fear you added somthing I didnt want to read. I remember we have had discussions about this. Your opinion was the same as mine, so I decided to read it. I wasnt disappointed. Thanks, Tiff. chplady - I have 3 words for this tagalogue -- OH MY GOSH! Glad I had the ice and the fan on. I have my own interpretation about what Amanda said "Wow" about, but I'll keep it to myself. LOL! This tagalogue made very good sense of it. I'm sorry though. If I was on my honeymoon with *him*, the strawberries and wine would have waited until later... Nancy - Thanks. This nicely fills in the blanks of the "Wow" and "Oh" that we were allowed in the original episode. There isn't a whole lot more to be said about this other than it's such a good extension of the original episode. I like visualizing this extra 15 or 30 minutes that woulda/coulda/shoulda been in the original show! Thank you for expanding it for us! katie - Wow! Speechless. You are one great writer. You must keep these tagalogue things going. Wow! That was simply the most beautiful fanfic. You bring out the depth of their love so well. I'm simply in awe. Again you capture them so well. The scene where they go from feeding strawberries (very well written) to her catching his one little phrase (3 year comment) and questioning him on it, so them. So light, so gentle, so full of their emotion, so very well done. MyAmanda - OMGosh! I can't even respond right now. I have to write back later after I retrieve my body from the freezer! There is so much I want to say. See ya a bit later ..... Okay, I think I'm sane enough to respond now. WOW! The emotions, the dialogue, the "FOOD", etc., were written with knowledge of the characters and where our minds wanted the continuation of the tag to proceed. Thanks for making me speechless when I first read it and for initiating me into the hot tub fan club. NotExactly - OH MY GOSH! Whew, that was great! I'm hot, I'm shivering in delight, I'm grinning from ear to ear! Too bad they didn't have you as one of the original writers on the show (although I guess you'd have been a tiny bit too young then). You bring to life all the romance and love that we all knew was there, and that we didn't get to see enough of in the episodes. I'm really looking forward to your tagalogues for the rest of the shows since Amanda wasn't in them nearly enough. I want more. (No pressure!) Your tagalogues are the first thing I look for when I get on line each morning. They are a great way to start my day. Thank you, Tiff! HeartPendant - WOW, wow, wow! I was totally speechless! I'm fanning myself silly ... darn it, I've just had a cup of coffee ... my insides are 'boiling' from the heat... That was awesome! I have been riding on this cloud 9 all day after I read it! I just couldn't write down anything. This was so awesome and sweet! I can't write down all of my favorites, but (SIGH) Lee is such a romantic! I fell in love with Lee all over again because of you, Tiff! I loved Lee taking her across the threshhold, making things right. I loved Lee's explanation for his "three years" line ... says it all. You're a gift to all of us! Thank you for making things right with this episode's tag! lena_hope - Bravo! Bravo! Hats off to our resident Smooch Writer! Tiff, you have a talent! God-given talent! I am telling you that what you do, well you know what you do! LOL! Great job! Personally, I thought the whole food plate and wine was a great idea. Added to the seduction of the wedding night! Amanda being so forward with everything was great. It really added to the banging of the head off of Lee's shoulder as the maid was putting her finishing touches on the room, as well as the 'Oh!' And 'Wow' at the end. I was sitting and yelling at the TV but hey, like Lee said "I've waited three years." So they deserved a little privacy no matter how frustrating it was to the rest of us! I can't say I am looking forward to seeing Amanda getting shot in the next one, but I know she lives and her and that most gorgeous guy live happily ever after! I am sure that between your tagalogue and the actual episode, it will be just SMacKy! You really do a great job and I can't wait to read more! Thanks, Tiff! Keep up the good work, Smooch Writer! nectar99 - This story was wonderfully romantic! I enjoyed this a great deal. It's written very well. You have a gift for writing romantic moments! The only thing that seemed out of place to me was all the interruptions. I mean the threshhold was a nice touch, but after watching the episode and listening to her reactions from behind the closed door, it makes me think that they couldn't wait to be in each others arms. I realize that it's only opinion but that's the impression I get from the tag. I'm just remembering how he tried to steal a kiss without the maid seeing them. Then after hearing her reactions, I get a slightly different picture. LOL! I realize you submit on a family forum, so I can understand why you need to build more angst without going to far. Now, standing on it's own, this story is very romantic. I'd love to see what you'd do with a fresh story of your own, without an extension of a particular episode! The angst does build the tension between them, but I'd love it even more if it was part of a created storyline from you! smkukfan - All I can say at the moment, Tiff, is WOW! I wouldn't be doing it justice to answer here at work, I'm having a hard enough time retaining my composure as it is. We don't do air-conditioning so I've fetched the fridge from the kitchen, pulled out the shelves, plugged it in and am now typing to you from that fridge ... Why didn't I think of it before? I'll be back later, when I've composed myself ... could be July! Did I say WOW!? No? Didn't think so. As you have proven here, Tiff, less is ultimately *much* more! Oh, and of course, I had to read it all twice - just to make sure I didn't miss anything. The power is out in the whole of Coventry (where I work) - something about a fridge overloading the power? Obviously, I know NOTHING about it. But it's all your fault! And I for one am totally grateful! LOL! As I said before, do they really make men like this? He is so sweet! Too many "unmasked desire" moments! Can't post them all here but as well as very hot tub-making, they are also very moving. At least, as a very jaded and cynical, person, they moved me! Crikey, Amanda - like Francine, Billy and Dotty interruptions aren't enough! She's causing her own now. Eek! Now, Tiff, I realize in storytelling you have to build the tension, release, and repeat but ENOUGH ALREADY! STOP WITH THE INTERRUPTIONS! You're exactly what I've needed my entire life." She is, and I love how he tells her. This is so in character ... they all are ... you are an amazing writer, Tiff. Now up to this point, I have deliberately avoided selecting my favorite tagalogue as the one of the day tends to win. HOWEVER, I think ALMOST certainly, this is PROBABLY my favorite one yet. Sorry, but I think that's as definitive as I'm going to get until I've read them all again. And I really can't do that just at the moment. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you! Too much? Nah! MusicBox
- Another awesome story, Tiff! Thanks for keeping up with these. You
do such a great job of keeping them in canon, they have all fit so
very easily into the show. I'm with everyone else, you should try
a longer story. Now I'm looking forward to a tagalogue for MOG. (winks)
Oh, thanks for having them 'wait'! In the immortal words of Larry
the Cucumber: *I laughed, I cried ... it moved me.* LOL! No, really,
Tiff. His explaination of waiting three years had me crying! BRAVO!
Awesome reformatting, Tiff. (sniff) How sweet. OMGosh! I'm ROFLOL!
Hmmm ... fruit and dairy. Way too funny. I guess I hit the nail right
on the head?! LOL! I loved it! The tickling was awesome -- thanks
for that addition. I think a lot more of that goes on now that they
had so much fun with it a few days (weeks) ago. I also love that he
carried her across the threshhold. (sigh) Wow! I'm almost speechless.
Notice I said almost. I'd implode if I couldn't comment on
this one! LOL! I love it. He is incredibly romantic. But it's only
with her. She brings it out of him like no one else. (sigh) This is
just the best, Tiff!
"Amanda!" Lee groaned.
(choke ... cough) HEL-LO! Ummm
... Yeah. Wow, Tiff that was ... um ... great just doesn't seem to
cut it. WOW! Ok, I think I'm going to find Lisa ... We'll be clawing
ourselves out of the sub-basement of you-know-where sometime around
next Tuesday. It's a good thing the air-conditioner is right behond
where the computer is. You know, last summer I hated having it here
because I got so cold my fingers turned purple. Now I think it's a
blessing in disguise. (grins) Excuse me while I refill my ice water.
I think I just used all 48 ounces of it in those two paragraphs ...
"It's
a day I'll never forget, because it's the day you gave me your life
... the day I started living again."
(sniff) Yeah, that part. That's it. Man! I've read it about four times
and it's STILL making me cry! Awesome job, Tiff. Although I highly
doubt this one was a *job*! I'm quite sure Lee and Amanda gave you
plenty to work with! LOL! Thank you, thank you, thank you. What a
wonderful glimpse into what we all wanted to see. Oh, just had to
tell you, I signed on JUST to read this! LOL! I'm exhausted and we
watched *Roman Holiday* tonight and after it was done I realized what
I had forgotten to do at 8pm! LOL! It was SO worth it, Tiff! Awesome! Go to Do You Take This Spy? - Tagalogue
Liz - Thanks, Tiff. Been too long since I've read one of your tagalogues. As usual, it provided the "aww..." factor. Dolphinper - I was laughing when I read this. When I went from a standard to an automatic, I think it took me a month to stop going for the clutch! Spins2 - Thanks, Tiff. Your tagalogue was much better than the original tag. I loved the way you continued it after she was released from the hospital! matahari2 - I loved this tagalogue, Tiff! So sweet, and much more satisfying than the filmed episode! Thanks! Loved Lee's second "Aww, shucks," too. Cute! needtoknow - Well, I for one, didnt mind the episode. It could have been better but considering the reason, I thought it was good and you did a wonderful job of extending it. Thanks. Panda - You want to think that if the series had been able to continue this is exactly the type of love and devotion the writers would have come up with and it would have driven Francine CRAZY! (grins) BBisBest - Tiff, thank you for a great tagalogue. You have to know Lee would be so concerned for his bride's safety ... one of the few times she remained in the car. Keep up your outstanding tagalogues! I enjoy each one as I read them. Really makes my day! HeartPendant - Tiff...another awesome job! After 15 years of marriage, I can still see Lee and Amanda like this...soooo in love with each other, their devotion to their family...sigh! KJ, BB, SMK, your tagalogues and all of the fans devotions and fanfics will be treasured! Thanks! daizy680 - Oh, that was so sweet. You should have been around when they were writing this! This episode made me cry a happy cry at the end. He looks so cute and proud that he is able to say Mrs. Stetson! I kept thinking after all they have been through, they are married and he is just to cute and sweet, so new at all this. SMK720 - This is a very sweet tagalogue, Tiff. I love how Amanda calls Lee on his worries and just how loving Lee is with his Amanda. Wish they could have filmed this! And you cracked me up with the clutch! Many a time I've engaged a phantom clutch! And the keys too. Good to see some things getting back to the way they should be! Enjoyed this lots! ElioraJoy - I really like the way you handled this. Some have said there wasn't enough emotion from Lee in the show, but I thought he did what you would expect from Lee. You filled in the gaps. Thank you. I enjoyed that much more than the whole episode. I know my mind shouldn't go there, but I wondered how soon they'd be cleared to resume marital activities. (grins) JustBrowsing - That was great, Tiff! I really hate when you stop though. I just want you to keep writing and writing and writing! They are so good! I know, it was a perfect place to stop, but golly, weren't there some more days out there? Do you feel compelled to respond to challenges? Just kidding. This was perfect! I wish you were around for the series too. They could have used you! NotExactly - You did it again, Tiff! Another great, soul-satisfying ending! The whole section where Lee is admitting to Amanda how scared he had been is exactly the way he would have been. He's always been protective of her, even before he admitted to himself that he loved her, and now that concern has kicked into high gear. I'm sure it would be a loooooong time before he'd stop pampering her. Hope she enjoys it-I sure would! Sigh... lena_hope - "No, you can't let it end there!" were the cries released from my lips after the 'I love you, Mrs. Stetson.' You read my mind, Tiff! Awesome tagalogue, Smooch Writer! I love the massaging of the feet and the oh so gentle kisses! I wish I had some of that TLC! This episode always made me cry, and I always wanted more of ending. Finally, I got one! Thank you so much! Sorry that it took me a while to respond but I haven't been home most of the weekend! Now I am back and intend to keep up with everything, hopefully! Great job! Until the next one. smkukfan - Perhaps my first reaction to this episode was a bit harsh. I want my L&A time! LOL! Anyway, it does have some good bits, and this is one of them! I love this tagalogue too. Not steamy like yesterday - the power company couldn't cope anyway - but nicely played out and sweet. I don't care what they do as long as they are doing it together! Now, I'm now prepared to buy from you. It's reasonable and plausible. I'm not sure I see it this way necessarily, but is a completely valid alternative. That's all I wanted! No matter what he had to do or say, he was going to make certain he and Amanda at least had a few extra days...alone. Work can wait and I know Billy would make sure it was allowed to be put off, even without bringing him completely in on the secret. I'm glad we get to 'see' all of Lee's emotions now. It's so different from in the early days, but still so in character. He has changed so much since he met Amanda. For the better, obviously! I loved the bit about the clutch too. I really can relate for one thing, been there, but also it's these 'reality' touches that keep the story real, for me anyway. It's not just THE STORY, it's more than that, if that makes any sense. Awww! Loved it, Tiff, just for a change! Perhaps I'm not completely objective? ya think? Thanks! MusicBox
- Way to go, Tiff! I love it. Very sweet. You have some really great
touches in there. I liked the thumping the
hood of the car. Your last sentence is awesome as well.
Thanks again for another wonderful tagalogue! * * Well, you succeeded
in keeping up the tone of the ep. I about cried during this one, too!
I totally agree with you on his emotions this time. I did the same
thing you did and watched him really closely. ;) Your explaination
is very believeable -- fits right to where I was with it. Gee, why
doesn't that surprise me?! LOL! I STILL love the line about thumping
the hood of the car! It just gives such an awesome visual. It's so
Lee. I can so easily see him doing this. It's the little things like
this that make your tagalogues fit so perfectly, Tiff! The kiss once
they were both in the car is incredibly sweet, too. (sigh) "Amanda,
I'm fine." He tried to dissuade her, but she would have nothing
of it.
Oh! The whole conversation following this is great. Love it. He needed
to get those fears out. Now he can rest. Well, until he starts obsessing
about her getting hurt again and doesn't let her out of the office!
LOL! No, really, I needed a Kleenex for this one. Forget the ice water.
Thank you, Tiff. Wonderful as usual and you turned what was a sad
and unsatisfying episode into something quite tolerable, giving us
the explanations we needed, too. Go to Mission of Gold - Tagalogue Go to Page Four of Season Four Comments Season One | Season Two | Season Three | Season Four |
